"Lunada" Is The Tenth Studio Album By Mexican Recording Artist Thalía. It Was Released Through EMI Music On June 24 2008 Worldwide. Lunada Is Thalía's First Album Since The Release Of The Successful El Sexto Sentido In 2005 And Since The Birth Of Her Daughter Sabrina. It Was Produced By The Hit-Maker Emilio Estefan And Was Supposed To Be The Soundtrack Of The Summer. The Album Received Generally Favorable Reviews But Did Not Have The Expected Sales As It Did Not Receive Any Promotion By Thalía's Record Company EMI. For This Reason She Ended Her Contract With EMI After 14 Years Of International Success. The Album Is Considered To Be The Least Successful In Thalía's Career. Two Singles Were Released By This Album. The First One Is "Ten Paciencia" Not Her Best As Her Previous Number One-Singles. The Second One Is "Será Porque Te Amo". Thalía Would Also Release "Sangre Caliente" And "Aventurero" As A Single But It Was Canceled Due To The Lyme Disease That Kept Her Away From Her Work . "Lunada" Is Thalía's Lowest Sold Album In United States So Far. It Debuted At Number 10 At Billboard's Top Latin Album And Number 4 At Billboard's Latin Pop Albums With Sales Of 3 100 Copies Her Former Album ¨El Sexto Sentido¨ Sold 25 500 Copies On Its First Week In The United States Aprox. . The Album Also Did Not Chart In Japan Making This Her First Album After Ex Sexto Sentido Charted At #63 Not To Chart On The Oricon Charts.
