Granddaughter of a celebrated Civil Rights Activist, Dana’s music reflects the joy, sorrow, pain and delight of the human experience. Loved by global audiences her work is equal parts meaningful and memorable, full of joy and inspiration. Residing in Ireland, Dana fell into the Irish and UK Jazz scene at a young age and never looked back. Her unique sound of jazz, infused with the music she grew up on (soul, funk, r&b and gospel), connects deeply to those listening. A seasoned performer, Dana has performed for the Pope, President Clinton and Secretary Clinton, Tony Blair as well as presented a major music documentary on BBC, My Name Is Ottilie. In addition to her growing solo career, Dana spent 7 years touring with Van Morrison as a featured vocalist.
