Francis E. Dec (1926–1996) was an American socio-political tract writer often called a kook, a conspiracy theorist, and a delusional Paranoiac by the thousands of people he mailed his screeds to through the years. Mr Dec's writing has received its' widest coverage through R. Crumb's Weirdo Comics, Donna Kossy's book Kooks, and via recordings of the rants made by by Boyd "Doc on the ROQ" Britton during the 1980s & used in Psychic TV's track "St. Francis E."
