There is more than one artist named Lunchbox: 1. A rapper and producer from the Bronx who emerged in the underground/soundcloud rap scene in the early 2020's. He is a large figure in the rising "rage rap" genre of music drawing inspiration from other figures such as Yeat and Playboi Carti. In 2023, Lunchbox released the mixtape New Jazz with producer Amir, establishing the name of the "New Jazz" trap subgenre. 2. An indie pop band from Berkeley, CA consisting of vocalist/guitarist Tim Brown and bassist Donna McKean. Amongst a slew of 7" singles on various labels, they released their eponymous debut CD followed by two albums on Magic Marker Records, and later albums on Slumberland Records. 3. An experimental downtempo electronica band from Luzern, Switzerland comprising of Martin Baumgartner, Bruno Amstad, and DJ Olive. They have released one album, Anyways, for The Agriculture label. 4. Stylized as lunCHbox, a South Korean indie singer-songwriter. Also works under his legal name Choi Yong-chan (최용찬) as a record producer for RBW entertainment. 5. A duo from Long Island, NY who created various kinds of electronic music from trance, dance, and ambient music. They can be further heard at their Myspace page. 6. A Swedish experimental techno/psytrance artist who has been doing his own style of music since 1998. 7. A punk rock band from Bonn, Germany, active in the mid-1990s. 8. A progressive electro house DJ from Montebello. 9. A long defunct underground rock band from Łódź, Poland. 10. LunchBox, a Cincinnati rock band with influences from funk, blues, jazz, and reggae, along with some heavier influence. 11. A rap trio from Seattle, WA, formed in 2014. 12. A Flint, Michigan-based rapper from Little Rock, Arkansas active in the mid 1990s.
