Noctilucent Clouds is the still forming mix of a variety of influences started in 2007 and continues to be an ongoing experiment with sounds, drones, loops, field recordings, treated and sampled guitars and basses. The tracks on the collection 'Calls Across the Void' were recorded over the last while up to Aug 2009. 'Rushes' attempts to describe the sound equivalent of time lapse weather films rushing across an open landscape. September 2009 saw the start of a new collection of tracks provisionally titled 'Of the Heart and the Head' aiming at a cleaner less distorted sound on the 'Heart' side- see recently added tracks, Heart 1 and Heart 2. 'Falling but Floating' was recorded in a session 18/10/09 with the sound aiming at a blissfull state whilst reflecting not being totally in control. Lamental 4b was recorded 28/10/09 as a tribute. Apart from the guitar wash featured midway, the sounds are from a bass guitar. Added late Nov 2009 'Continuum Concept Part 1' is an attempt to cause to aid concentration, settlement and focus, may also help with insomnia. Heart 3 is a special addition for Last FM listeners.
