Paranoid Autophobia developed as a unique brand of psychogoregrind as a direct result of, and explicit expression of mental illness and severe depression. The dark chaotic boundlessness of a diseased mind has been expressed sonically through tearing insane vocals, harsh trigger beats and chainsaw ripping guitars.
