French-Tunisian composer Amin Bukhafa (أمين بوحافة) (born July 10, 1986) has won numerous awards for soundtracks to feature films, documentaries, television series and music for ballet productions. Amin started playing the piano at the age of three. Today he has a conservatory education in Tunisia and Paris, as well as a diploma in mathematics from the Tunis Lyceum Carnot and a master's degree in business administration from the University of California.

In 2015, Amin Bukhafa was awarded by Cesar in the category "Best Original Music" for the soundtrack to the film "Timbuktu" by Moorish director Abderraman Sissako. The Timbuktu soundtrack was also awarded the prestigious Fespaco Award and the France Musique-Sacem Prize.
