bad friend are a dreamo band from Wellington, New Zealand. Members hail from both Auckland and Kawerau, but have all been based in Wellington for the duration of the band. Part of the Aotearoa Emo Revival, bad friend combine aspects of 90s emo and shoegaze resulting the "dreamo" style. They released an EP titled 'best of' in June 2018.
