Setting Off Sirens are a whatever-genre-you-reckon-yerself (practically) sextet from Enniskillen in Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. They started out a while back as 'Dead Letters', but said name was taken by about 12398 other bands and so battled between themselves for some time to come with something seriously exciting. Setting Off Sirens are a whatever-genre-you-reckon-yerself (practically) sextet from Enniskillen in Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. They started out a while back as 'Dead Letters', but said name was taken by about 12398 other bands and so battled between themselves for some time to come with something seriously exciting. Hence, we now celebrate the first class tunes brought to us by 'Setting Off Sirens'. With plenty of good gigs under their belt, and more than enough tracks to keep you going in the interim, SOS prove to be one of Fermanagh's top groups, and are pretty integeral to the local indie scene.
