BARF was an experimental discopunkfreakcore band based in Leiden, netherlands. Locally very popular in the late 1990's, they played the south holland clubs and won local band contests. They drew inspiration from primus, mr. bungle, spargo, skatepunk, tv jingles and the beverly hills 90210 tv show.. After a tragic gardening accident the members (Huub Lelieveld, Nils Bierman and Koen Samson) withdrew from public life, and their whereabouts remain, to this day, unknown.. (All music guide)
