We Stole Cairo are a 4 piece alternative, independent, rock band originating from South West London. The band consists of: Cameron Stewart, Rory Johnson, James Simpson and Mark Murray. The current line up was put together in 2007, however for a short while beforehand the band only consisted of Rory Johnson, James Simpson and Mark Murray. Cameron then joined in 2009. We Stole Cairo currently have an EP out and availible. It is entitled the Aeon EP.

Each member of We Stole Cairo is influenced by a variety of different acts, however to give an overview of these acts, it would consist of: Radiohead, Oceansize, Kings Of Leon, Brand New, Bloc Party, Tubelord, Massive Attack, Hot Chip, Queens Of The Stone Age, to name but a few.
