Slidin Slim “I’ve Been Very Fortunate As A Musician Since I First Began My Journey Down The Blues Road Back In 1991. Each And Every Year Has Given Me Wonderful Experiences That I Wouldn’t Trade For Anything But 2007 Might Be The Best Musical Year Ever. I Began The Year With The Recording Of My Latest CD “One Man Riot” Together With Producer Niels Nielsen. Thanks To Barry McCabe I Played Some Dates In The Netherlands And Had A Great Time. To Meet And To Do Some Jamming With The Legendary Mick Taylor From The Rolling Stones Was Quite A Thrill Too. During The Summer I Played A Bunch Of Swedish Blues Festivals Like Åtvidaberg Uddevalla And Åmål But I Can’t Deny That My Very First US Tour Was The Event Of The Summer. To Have “One Man Riot” Released By The Great US Record Label Nine Mile Records Have Changed A Lot In My Career As Blues Musician And I’m Really Grateful And Glad That They Support Me In The Grand Way They Do. During The Fall I Did A Some Club Gigs As Well As My Annual Appearance At The Great Blues Festival In Östersund. I’ve Also Teamed Up With Some Great Backing Musicians Like Drummer Krister Persson Bassplayer Nicklas Brännström And Guitar/multiinstrumentalist Niels Nielsen. Looking Forward To Some Heavy Touring During 2008 Together With These Guys As Well As My Usual Solo Gigs.” “One Man Riot” Received Some Great Reviews During The Year And Will Be Promoted Towards The Scandinavian And European Market In 2008.
