Solid Feces is a slamming brutal death metal band from Austin, Texas. The group formed in 2020, containing guitarist Pipe Buster, vocalist Dumpster Disaster, and an uncredited bassist. Solid Feces released their debut demo EP, “Stone Tumor,” in early 2021. The EP was more progressive and black metal influenced than the rest of the discography. The group released their first studio album, “Destructive Amalgamation,” on Halloween of 2021. The uncredited bassist left the band shortly after the release of the album. In January of 2022, Solid Feces released their second album, “Six Ton Stone.” This album saw Solid Feces embrace the slamming death metal sound and gave them a following in the underground slam scene. The group is currently recording a split EP with fellow Texas artist Redmist, and writing their third full-length album, which will be produced by the artist behind Lethal Wavelength Transmission (formerly Gold Teeth).
