I was born in Bristol Va.1953,and started in music in 1969.Got my start playing guitar for some country artist's like the late and great Buck Owens.I started Tennessee Larue in 1990,my nick name was Larue and being from Tennessee ,well that's how the name came.I got my first break in 1999,when I went to Nashville and recorded my 3 song video for Dr. Jim Fowler ,and at that time it was Gloria Records.After that I started writing more songs and touring and well that's what I do today.
