Euro house emerged in the late 1980s as a vocal style of House. The style was developed from songs with a strong influence from Dance-Pop with a house music background. It developed in parallel with Eurodance music throughout the 1990s and several Euro house bands, such as Cappella and 2 Brothers on the 4th Floor, were also dedicated to Eurodance.
