Shortly after forming in 2006, Fates Burden released their first debut album entitled "My Addiction" late 2007 with Matt Horton/Damage Records in Raleigh, NC. While doing a series of showcases throughout the east coast with Dalus Metal Productions, the band then signed distribution deals with Hitt Music Group in L.A., and DMX Inc. The band went on to perform with many acts such as Sanctity, Diecast, Flaw, The Dreaming, Displaced, Hellrazor, Threads Of Fate

In Early 2008, the band then signed with Dark Harvest Records in Danville, VA. and began working with label representive Daniel Paris. Currently, Fates Burden is working on a 2nd album release, as well as a National Tour for 2009.
