Prockto is a musical experiment produced by Sergio Maldonado, officially started in 2005, but ideologically born in late 2003. This project is mostly based on dark atmospheres and distorted sound sequences, contrasting with melancholic pianos and, sometimes, weird voice effects. Besides Prockto, Sergio has participated in other musical projects, the most remarkable is the Psychedelic Trance collective “Ananta Beat”, originally formed in 2005 by Abraham V.

Besides Prockto, Sergio has participated in other musical projects, the most remarkable is the Psychedelic Trance collective “Ananta Beat”, originally formed in 2005 by Abraham V. Pozos, Sergio Maldonado and Juan José Martínez. In 2006 they also co-founded Ananta Records to promote their music. In late 2008, Prockto finished his first album titled “Nightmares”, released for digital distribution in April 2011. He has collaborated with artist like Rexuiem and Technomancer, remixing some tracks for their respective projects. Prockto’s second album “Anamnesis” is already available for free around the web.
