James Douglas Morrison Jr (July 22, 1970) is an American singer, songwriter and poet. He has picked-up where his father Jim Morrison has left off due to his passing on July 3, 1971 in Paris, France He is the biological child of The Doors Jim Morrison. He is an Irish Polish US Navy Veteran, songwriter, singer, poet, author, entrepreneur, clothing designer, trademark owner, brand creator, comedian, and actor known for A Bothered Conscience (2006), Chicano Blood (2008) and The Mojo Manifesto: The Life and Times of Mojo Nixon Early Life and Biography Jim Morrison Jr also owns his father's works in the Library of Congress to include all poetry, song lyrics and The Doors music listed as James Morrison.
