Keine Ron (京音ロン) is an UTAUloid created by using the voice of keyl. His vocal range is D2-C4. His character design was created by Matsuda Mattsun who also designed and voiced Matsudappoiyo. The two UTAUloids are said to be friends. His name, "Keine" means "no specific plan" and "Ron" presumably comes from the mah-jong term "ron" which means to win by discard.
