This tag is for artists with fewer than 10 listeners. The tag is mostly used as a means to filter artists who have a minimum amount of listeners, while being closely tied to the group ‘under 10 listeners’.
The tag also sees use by musicians and artists who wish to promote themselves for having a smaller audience, and often artists are ‘untagged’ by users once they breach the 10 listeners benchmark.
