Asala Yousef is a singer from Palestine known for her excellent interpretation of traditional arabic music. Asala Yousef was born in the village of Dalia Alkarmal on April 11th, 1986. She started singing at a very early age (9 years old). Since her village is on the Golan Heights, she started singing in the Durz ceremonies and celebrations whenever she was invited to. Asala Yousef released her first album ‘Malikat Alkouloub’ or “the queen of hearts” at a very young age (14years old).

Asala got married few years ago and postponed her career. In 2009, she re-appeared on the artistic scene 2009 with a hit single in Hebrew entitled ‘Atta Yakhoul’.
