Plasticity Switch, a melodic metal band from Springfield, Missouri, is composed of a wide variety of musical backgrounds. Our various influences give us the ability to compose unique and unpredictable music for our fans, an accomplishment in which we take great pride. We are currently seeking a new guitarist. We are looking for someone to step in and pick up where we are currently. Plasticity Switch had been searching for that special something to separate us from the metal pack; not until the recent addition of Mr. E Zoot, former DJ of Highest Priest, did the band fully accomplish this. Mr. E Zoot added the ingredient we needed to thicken and round-out our sound. This fully-functional metal machine now consists of six members: Remington Brake (vocals), James Moss (guitar and vocals), Justin Risley (bass and production), Shane “Shigga” Hambelton (drums and vocals), Mr. E Zoot (DJ/noise technician and production), and Cody Lightner the newest member of the Switch . Remington does the lion’s share of writing the complex three-part vocals for the band, while James and Shane write and structure most of the intricate music. Justin (bass and production), alongside Mr. E Zoot, have recorded, mixed, engineered, and mastered all of Plasticity Switch's music up to date. We are a very self-sufficient and self-motivated group of musicians looking for the opportunity to proceed onto the next level in our music career. With the help of our friends, families, and mostly our fans, we feel we can accomplish anything!
