Tommy RuleZ (real name Tomascz) is a Polish speedcore, polcore, gabber and hardcore artist who started out as evidentially early as January 12th, 2009, on SmokeSkull Records (SSR) album "Commerce Out, Hardcore In!", before going on to make two of their own albums (A Teraz Polska on April 4th, 2009, and Psy 4 E.P. on February 28th, 2010), and one collaborative album with Loffciamcore (Terroryści Kontra Policja on August 28th, 2009) on SSR, before its defunct status in 2010.

After the shutdown of SmokeSkull Records, and its sub-label Napierdalatornia, Tommy RuleZ, alongside Loffciamcore, Diabarha, Simi, Kams, LDK and Quato (collectively known as SKRD!!! Crew) would go on to make Splitterkor Rekords Dziwko!!! (SKRD!!!), now known as SKRD4EVER, on the 12th of June, 2011, a Polish net-label that focuses on speedcore, splittercore, extratone, breakcore and terrorcore, with the addition of mashcore, polcore, noise and samplecore. TommY RuleZ has not only made albums for SSR and SKRD!!!, but also for other speedcore net-labels, including: Robotik Speedcore Killers Productions (RSKP), Speedcore Worldwide Audio Netlabel (SWAN), Splitterblast Records, Speakershock, and much more. TommY RuleZ has also self-released some of their music on their Bandcamp account.
