Microsoft Sam is not really a singer or part of a band or anything in terms of that. He is basically a digital voice created by Microsoft. This manly monotone voice is used in the Text-To-Speech option of Windows XP and Windows Vista. He is highly popular with satire, his inability to enunciate certain words, and is used in some music pieces and MP3s.
