Although Alessa Novelli’s Musical Background Started With Broadway Tunes It Later Moved On To Classical Music Jazz Rock And Finally Country. Some Of Her Biggest Influences Are Reba McEntire And Shania Twain. From There It Is Not Hard To Understand Why Novelli Loves The Country Music Tradition Of Story-Telling Combined With Strong Melodies. Her First Full Length Studio Album "Sour & Sweet" Includes 12 Songs Written By Novelli And Was Produced By Mario Melgar For Alessa ¨Sour & Sweet¨ Although Not Entirely Country Is Kind Of Like Sharing The Diary She Kept For The Past Two Years Which Chronicles Her Journeys And The Pursuit Of All Those Persons And Things You Love But Won’t Necessarily Turn Out The Way You Would Want Them To Or Love You Back.

Alessa Novelli Is A Singer / Songwriter Currently Residing In Lima Peru Who Has Described Her Style As Having A Bit Of All The Sounds She Loves Ranging From Country Music To Jazz To Rock And Pop. ¨I Just Love Too Many Different Genres And It Would Be A Shame To Sacrifice Adding A Bit Of This And A Bit Of That To My Personal Style In Order To Fit Within The Industry. I Will Never Be 100% Country Or 100% Rock. I Would Rather Be A Misfit And Be Me¨.
