Andrea Rottin Was Born In Treviso Italy In Winter 1983. In 2001 An 2002 He Wrote Some Songs Which Reflected His Love For Both Loud Music And Acoustic Guitar Quite Singing And Wild Screaming Refined And Amateurish Performing. In 2003 These Songs Were Published In A Record Called “last Songs”. The Music Was Performed By A Rock Trio Featuring Giorgio Tempesta Carlo Veneziano And Andrea Rottin. Then He Moved To Gorizia And Studied Film Studies And There Was Not Much Time Left For Playing With The Boys… So The Lonely And Dark Lo-Fi Side Took Advantage Of The Situation Resulting In A Record Featuring Him Playing Drums Bass And Guitar. Then He Made Some Talented Musician Join Him And He Recorded Them With A First-Take-Good-Take Approach. Italian Authorities Have Never Forgiven Him That. So Since “Songs About Nightmares” Was Released He Has Escaped To The Czech Republic. In The Meantime A Lot Of Friends Joined Them In The Madcap Collective Adventure And They All Tributed Os Mutantes And Their “Jardim Elétrico”. In The Czech Republic He Met Atlantic Cable And Toured With Them A Few Times. In Brno They Introduced Him To A Local Artist Called Tomáš Přidal. So He Played Drums With Him In The Dracula Farmers A Garage Math Country Duo. Later He Played A Couple Of New Tunes With A Silesian Family Called Oswaldovi Who Adopted Me For A Year Or So. Then He Moved To The Suburbs While Playing Drums With Atlantic Cable. He Played In Several Houses Former Weapons Factories Pre-Schools Basements Anti-Atomic Bunkers And Garages… Both With Them And Solo. When In Amsterdam They Recorded A Radio Session For The Dutch Radio Program Dwars On VPRO Radio 6. After Some Times This Recording Resulted In A 10” Vinyl Co-Released With Wot Nxt Called “Dwars Session“. In The Last Few Years He Played With Amazing Musicians Served A Lot Of Beers Filled In Unintelligible Contracts Wrote A Score For A Silent Film Became An Expert In The Art Of Fitting Amazingly Big Amounts Of Stuff Into The Smallest Possible Spaces Learnt More About Traditional Folk Songs Taught Italian Language To Truck Drivers Interviewed Strangers At The Train Station Rehearsed And Performed In Several Houses Former Weapons Factories Pre-Schools Basements Anti-Atomic Bunkers And Garages And Met A Lot Of People Leading Great Lives. read less
