Athmane Bali An Algerian Targuie Artist Born As M’Barek Athmani In The South Of Algeria In 1953. He Was Considered As A Writer A Composer And A Singer Of The Targuie Music Category. It Was Through His Mother Khadidjata Bali That He Was Influenced By The Targuie Music. Indeed He Did Work Hard For The Purpose Of Promoting It On A National Level As Well As On An International One. Athmane Bali Studied Anatomy At The University But Along With His Academic Education Focused On Music Instruments And Became A Genius Tenor. Not Only Did The Artist Continue Performing The Targuie Overseas But He Also Invented Improved And Innovated Many Songs That Had Already Existed In Heritage Of This Rare Music Gender Of The Algerian Oasis. He Founded One Of The Greatest Groups Of Algerian Folklore With Whom He Toured The World. The Group Was Also Considered As One Of The Surprising Groups Due To The Fact That Its Members Were His Son His Wife And His Mother. He Released Great Albums Such As “Kef None Live” “Live At Constantine” And Also “Live At Caracas”. He Died In 2005 At The Age Of 53 Following A Natural Disaster Of Flood And Tempest In His Little Town Of “Oued Tinjatat” South Of Algeria.
