There Are Three Bands Going Under The Name Backwash 1 An Emo/punk/pop/ska Band From Worcester UK From Ska To Pop Punk To Metal – These Are The Early Influences That Have Blended BACKWASH Into A Formidable Punk-Rock Force. Signed With Lockjaw Records They Have Made Two Releases. An EP Called "What A Difference Two Years Make" And A Full Album "Circus Circus". After Taking A Short Break Backwash Made A Return At A Charity Show Held In Worcester Called Punk 4 Pudsey Run By Their Bassist Phil Where They Were Joined On Stage By Former Guitarist James Bevis.
