Artist Biography For Before The Show
Before The Show Is A Band Hailing From Copenhagen Denmark. They’ve Just Finished Recording Their Debut Album Consisting Of 9 Edgy Psychedelic And Soulful Pieces Of Rock Music And They Now Set Out To Conquer Any Curious Ear And Blackened Heart They Can Get A Hold Of. Originally Before The Show Started Out As A Solo Project For Multi-Instrumentalist Laurids Smedegaard As A Way To Find An Outlet For The Songs He Wrote While Being On Tour With Other Bands. Songs That Smedegaard Often Work On Just Hours Before He Went On Stage Which Eventually Became The Reason For The Name “Before The Show”. In 2008 The Band Grew With An Additional 4 Musicians Who All Shared Smedegaards Passion For Melancholic Rock Like Red House Painters And Death Cab For Cutie As Well An Enthusiasm For The American And British Math Rock Scene. With This Foundation The Quintet Now Presents Its Debut Album Head Feels Good/Heart Feeels Bad. The Kissaway Trail & Marvins Revolt Amongst Others . Ladies & Gentlemen Before The Show
