Like A Fairy Tale Heroine With Facial Piercings And D.I.Y. Spikes Affixed To Her Shoes The 18-Year-Old Southern California Singer Songwriter And Multi-Instrumentalist Born Thea Taylor Immediately Captivates Without Fear Or Filter.
