Chris Adler Born November 23 1972 Is An American Drummer Best Known As A Member Of The Metal Band Lamb Of God. He Also Plays The Piano Acoustic Guitar Bass Guitar And Saxophone. He Is The Older Brother To Bandmate Willie Adler And Is Also A Vegetarian Along With Bandmate John Campbell. Chris Attended Bishop Ireton High School In Alexandria Virginia Graduating In 1990. As Lamb Of God Gained More Recognition Throughout The Years Adler's Reputation As A Proficient Drummer In The Metal Scene Grew As Well. Typically He Writes His Drum Parts After Other Band Members Have Brought Him Some Riffs And Ideas. As Seen On The Killadelphia DVD Adler Tries To Create Unique Music While Not Taking Anything Away From The Riffs Or The Song Itself. Chris Adler Uses Saturn Series Mapex Drums 12 Inch Mapex Black Panther Birdseye-Maple Snare Gibraltar Hardware Aquarian Drumheads Axis Longboard Pedals And Meinl Cymbals. He Designed His Signature 24" Meinl MB20 Pure Metal Ride Cymbal And Had The 12" Soundcaster Custom Distortion Splash Designed By Meinl For Him To Replace His 12" Paiste Flanger Bell.
