Contribution Was Termed By More Than One Observer "the Greatest Band That Never Was...". A Going Cencern From The Mid/late 90's Through 2003 They Mixed Classic Riff-Based Rock And Improvisational Jams Into A Heady Psychedelic Brew. Filling The Studio With A Pungent Smoke And An Infectious Laughter The Six Members Of Contribution Would Load In Turn On Roll Tape And Kick Out The Jams For Hours Leaving Behind A Daunting Body Of Recorded Work. Ranging From No-Fi To Crystal Clear The Fort Knox Tapes Are A Glimpse At A Band Coming Together Falling Apart And Doing It All With An Incomparable Style And An Inimitable Sound.
