Formed In The Fall Of 2005 Dead Commuter Started Out With Paul Maggard On Guitar/Vocals Rafael Garcia On Drums And Margaret Follmer On Bass. Culling From A Number Of Influences The Band's First Efforts Sounded Like A Variety Of Different Genres At One Moment Melodic As Latter-Era Neurosis The Next Being Steeped In Powerviolence. Later Down The Road Margaret Left With Khaine Temporarily Replacing Her. By The End Of '06 Dead Commuter Had Decided To End The Search For A Bassist And Remain A Duo For Good. The Band Has Come A Long Way Since That First Show Opening For The Esoteric Becoming What Each Half Of This Duo Has Aspired Loud Bludgeoning Sludge.
