Artist Biography For Fabian Simon

Fabian Simon Is A Singer-Songwriter And Multi-Instrumentalist From Tübingen Germany. With Influences Ranging From Beethoven And Bach To The Beatles His Musical Output Flits Between Folk Indie Rock Pop And Music Hall Styles – Often Within The Confines Of A Single Song. A Prodigious Pianist Guitarist And Vocalist Simon Also Plays Bass Percussion Harmonica Theremin Zither And Accordion And Is Always Looking To Further Build His Musical Arsenal. He Provided All The Instrumentation Himself On His Self-Produced Debut Album 2007's Gwen – Between The Times. A Series Of Well-Received Concerts And Tours Throughout Germany Led To Simon Signing A Record Deal Which Resulted In 2009's Critically Acclaimed Sunday's Child Album. The Album Led To Further European Tours And Radio Play On Indie Stations Such As Berlin's Motor FM. Around This Time Simon Met US Singer-Songwriter – And Originator Of The 'Death Gospel' Movement – Adam Arcuragi With Whom He Formed A Firm Creative Friendship. The Two Continue To Perform Together Across Europe And Have Shared Stages With Artists Including Frank Turner And Larry And His Flask Along The Way. Simon Recorded A Third Album Humanisms With An 11-Piece Band In 2012 Which – As Of Summer 2013 – Has Yet To Receive A Public Release Although A Number Of The LP's Songs Have Become Firm Live Favourites. Simon Continues To Perform With Plans Afoot For Further European And American Tours With Arcuragi.
