The Band Supposedly Got Its Name From A Bottle Of Hot Sauce. The Music Was Heavy Sludgy Jarring And Melodic All At The Same Time Comparable To The Melvins Colliding With Drive Like Jehu Former Jehu Guitarist Rick Froberg Actually Appeared On Their Debut Album . They Released Two Full-Length Albums On Flapping Jet Records In Addition To Several 7" Singles. John Schier The Drummer Also Played With Portland Band The Cosmos Group. Schier Is The Most Recent Drummer To Admit To Being In Trumans Water. He Was Also A Sidelight Fixture In The Early 90s Pre-Post Sub-Underground Green House Scene In Arizona Where He Survived On "smokes And Cokes " Biding His Time Imitating Dale Crover Drum Licks Between Jam Sessions.
