Mark Shreeve Born In Great Yarmouth On 2 June 1957 Died 31 August 2022 Was A British Electronic Music Composer And Musician. As Well As Solo Albums Shreeve Composed Scores Or Sections Of Scores For Some Feature Films. In 1996 Shreeve Formed The Group Redshift With His Brother Julian James Goddard And Rob Jenkins. Shreeve Started Recording Cassettes In The Early 1980s. His First Cassettes Released By Mirage Label Were Ursa Major Embryo Phantom And Fire Music. Although Shreeve Hailed From The UK His First LP Thoughts Of War Was Released In Norway By Indie Label Uniton. The Next Album Assassin Was Originally Released In 83 Also By Uniton. Then In 84 Jive Electro Signed Him Up And Re-Released It. A Year Later He Released Legion Followed A Couple Of Years Later By Crash Head. During The Late 80s Shreeve Also Began Writing Songs For Other Artists Occasional Soundtracks And Some Library Music. In 95 Shreeve Released His Last Solo Album Nocturne. After This He Went On To Form Redshift Releasing Albums On His Own Label. Redshift Have Released Five Albums To Date Redshift Ether Downtime Siren And Halo. Shreeve's Music Has Been Likened To Tangerine Dream Jean-Michel Jarre And Klaus Schulze. Discography Albums
