SKNNY 4 Mauve Has Been Working On Their Instrumental Repertoire Since February 2006. Many Ideas Arise From Jams And Improvisation And From These Experiments Mauve Creates Wonderful Popsongs In A Style That’s Not Easy To Describe. They Make Use Of Post-Rock Lounge Electronica And Blues Elements. With Their Music Mauve Is Melancholic Profound And Experimental At The Same Time. At The End Of 2006 Mauve Has In Cooperation With John Zielman Recorded Their First EP/demo In Studio 8 Which Was Released A Few Weeks Later. As A Result Of This Release Mauve Played Several Shows In And Around Amersfoort And Utrecht.
