Artist Biography For Mikoto
Mikoto Was A Post-Hardcore Band From Orange County/Santa Ana California United States. They Formed In 2004 And Their Last Release Was In 2010. With A Desire To Create Music That Was Both Fun And Inspiring Mikoto Was Begun. In 2004 They Released Their EP The End Of The Beginning Toured A Lot Then Coming Out With Their Self-Titled 5 Song EP In 2005 On Level Plane Records That Was The Start Of Mikoto's Adventure. Relentless Touring Alongside Horse The Band Misery Signals Saosin And Chiodos To Name A Few. In 2008 Mikoto Released Their Full-Length Called We Are The Architects On Torque Records They Recorded It At Infrasonic Studios In Los Angeles California With Producer And Saosin-Guitarist Beau Burchell. The Sound On The Album Is Passionate Heavy Creative With Hard Hitting Vocals And A Lot Of Melody. In 2010 They Released Another EP Called Transitions On Falling Leaves Records.
