Legal Rights by Papa San & Lady G

Artist Biography For Papa San & Lady G

Papa San And Lady G Released ‘Legal Rights’ In 1983 Around The Same Time Of Their Equally Popular Collaboration ‘Roundtable Talk’. DJ Papa San Was Already Fairly Set On The Scene In Jamaica But This Duet Really Made It For Lady G. They Both Have A Certain Reputation For Having ‘message’-Filled Songs But On Slightly Different Notes. In 1997 Papa San Had A Supernatural Visitation And Has Now Devoted His Life To JC Apparently. For The Last Ten Years His Music Has Been Almost Exclusively Christian.
Lady G On The Other Hand Is Renowned For Her Pro-Women Comments In What I Suppose Can Often Be A Macho Genre With The Ladies’ Anthem ‘Nuff Respect’ For One. Whilst Looking For Information On The MC I Found A Site That Claimed Her Success Was Her Ability To ‘analise Situations’. One Of The Best Misspellings Ever I’d Say But Now I’m Going To Scour Her Music Just In Case There Are Some Hidden Bum Jokes In There Somewhere. Although Saying That It Does Sound Like She’s Saying ‘Poopa San’ So Judge For Yourselves… Lady G Has Her Own Recording Company Called G-String Productions Gotta Love The Musical Lingerie Puns The Theory Just Keeps Getting Further Justified….Anyway She’s Recorded The Likes Of Capleton Sizzla And Lady Saw.
