Preson Phillips Is A Recording Artist And A Church Planter/pastor In Downtown Tampa Florida At A Missional Church Called WATERMARK. He Released An Album Entitled The Observant And The Anawim In 2008. He Puts All Of His Music Out Absolutely Free. The Album Is A Documentary Of His Spiritual Journey Over The 2 Year Period Before The Record Came Out And It Serves As A Written Account Of Where The Lord Has Brought Him In His Life. The Album Was Written For His Church Body For Their Studies In The Books Of Acts And Galatians.
