Ratty Was A Side Project Of The German Eurodance/Trance Group Scooter Between The Periods Known As 'The Second Chapter' HP Rick & Axel Coon And 'The Third Chapter' HP Rick And Jay Frog . Under This Pseudonym They Released Between 2000 And 2004 The Singles "Sunrise Here I Am " & "Living On Video" As Well As Several Remixes For Acts Like Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo ATB And Marc Et Claude. The Origins Of The Project Stem From The 2000 Scooter Single "She's The Sun" On Which "Sunrise Ratty's Inferno " Appeared As A B-Side. This Would Later Be Re-Released On Ratty's "Sunrise Here I Am " Single As The Instrumental Mix.
