Welcome To Revolta 21! Revolta 21 Is A Metal-Hardcore Band From Catalonia A Small Country Located Between Spain And France. In Catalan Our Native Language Revolta Means Riot. The Number 21 Refers To The Twenty First Century. We Have Chosen This Name Because The Twentieth Century Was A Period Of Agitation And Riots All Over The World In Order To Achieve A Better Society. Now In The Early Years Of This New Century That Spirit Is In Our Opinion Alive. Revolta 21 Means Hope In Struggle As A Way Of Change The Establishment And A Warning For The Youth Which Is Often More Worried About Entertainment That In Fighting For Human Rights And Dignity. As You Can See Revolta 21 Is A Musical Project With A Political Objective. This Is What Youll Find If You Listen Our Music MUSIC Music Is The Most Important Thing In Our Lives. We Are Five Friends With A Common Passion For Any Kind Of Music. Our Style Is A Mix Of Rock Hardcore Metal And Punk Rock. Talking About Influences Is Not Easy For Us Because Every One Of Us Had Different Preferences. Our Sound Is Basically Fast And Energetic With Blunt Guitars And Very Skilled Bass And Drum Players Which Makes The Rhythmic Section Very Effective. Finally We Have A Singer Who Combines Melody And Rage In His Voice. We Have Recorded Two Long Plays Named El Crit Dun Poble The Shout Of A People And No Oblidis Mai Never Forget . POLITICS As Far As Politics Is Concerned We Have Two Main Battlefields Socialism And Nationalism. As We Have Said Before We Live In Catalonia Maybe You Will Have Heard About Our Main City Barcelona . Our Nation Is Divided In Three States Andorra France Since 1659 And Spain Since 1714 . We Have A Native Language Named Catalan That We Use In Our Lyrics. Even Though That More Than Eleven Million People Uses Daily This Language It Isnt Official In The European Union. France And Spain Have Been Trying To Destroy Our Culture For Centuries. They Always Failed. We Have Survived Even To A Civil War And Forty Years Of Military Dictatorship. Both States Have Forbidden Our Language In Different Periods Of History. However Here We Are. Catalan People Have Always Fought For Their Culture And They Always Will. We Demand The Independence From Spain And France And The Reunification Of Our Nation Named Pa..Sos Catalans Catalan Countries . The Catalan Countries Are Composed Of Catalonia Valencia Kingdom Balearic Islands Andorra And The North Part Occupied By France Named Rossell... This Is Our Fight Our Target And Our Future.
