Roxy Aka Noel Smith Part Of The `ghost Crew`founded And Headed By The EL-B Groove Chronicles . Roxy Established Himself In The Scene. 2- Roxy Was A Band On The Elektra Label Whose Only Record Was Released In 1970. Formed By Bob Segarini And Randy Bishop The Band Recorded Their Sole Album In Los Angeles. Following A Series Of Tours The Group Disbanded And The Two Main Songwriters Went On To Form The Wackers. 3- Roxy Is Stephen Jones. American Vocalist Drag Queen Discovered By Louie 'Balo' Guzman And A Featured Artist With The Ride Committee.
