Running Potatoes Is An Eight-Piece Ska/Punk/Hardcore Band From Buenos Aires Argentina. The Band Was Formed In 1999 And Have Played Shows All Over Argentina And South America. The Running Potatoes Are Not Your Average Spanish Ska Band. 90% Of Their Songs Are Performed In English Incorporating Melodic Vocals With A Variety Of Genres Such As Hardcore Surf Swing Funk Jazz Reggae Dixieland And Many More. With Lyrics Covering All Aspects Of Life And Human Existence They Provide A Welcome Change From The Tiresome "us Against The World" Attitude Which Plagues The Scene Today. It Could Be Described As Somewhere Between Reel Big Fish And Mad Caddies But With Their Own Potato Flavour. The Potatoes Leave Their Mark Wherever They Go Rocking The House With Their Notoriously Crazy Live Shows And Leaving Fans Scattered All Over The Continent.
