Experimental Chill Trip Hop Ambient Progressive And Psychedelic Music Maker DJ And Producer From Costa Rica. Samorost Began His Career In The Late 90's While Playing Around With DOS-Based Sequencers Such As Impulse Tracker And Scream Tracker. With The Release Of Fruity Loops 2 Now FL Studio And The Launch Of VST Instruments He Then Moved To A More Dynamic Platform Where He Largely Experimented With All Sorts Of Sounds And Music All The While Moving Away From Metal And Towards Electronica. FL Studio Is Now The Centerpiece Of His Home Studio. While His Most Notorious Influence Is Pink Floyd His Works Are In A Very Different Style From Infamous National Anthem Parodies And Mockup Political Campaign Soundtracks To Drone Ambient To Drum'n'bass To Psychedelic Trance With Trip Hop Industrial And Even Sexy House In The Pipeline. Samorost Pursued A 6-Year Career As A Psychedelic Trance DJ With Transelastica As Guru Sigma And Has Adopted His Real Name As Moniker Now Nico Guevara.
