There Are At Least Three Different Bands Called Slush. 1. Slush Are A Melbourne Trio Making Punky Power Pop. Bandcamp Page Https //slush-Band.Bandcamp.Com 2. Formed In 1992 In Ontario Canada Slush Is A Punk Rock Band That Released A String Of Albums At Least Eight In Total Until 2005 . During Their Existence They Moved From Ontario To The Ski Resort Town Of Whistler British Columbia. 3. Formed In Ryde On The Isle Of Wight United Kingdom In The Summer Of 1976 Pumphouse Gang Was A Band Of Veterans Featuring Three Members Who Had Been Active In Psychedelic Band Harlem Speakeasy In The Late 1960s. As Pumphouse Gang They Were Still Performing At The Time Of The Punk Explosion In The U.K. Lead Guitarist Phil Oswald Decided To Push His Band In A More Contemporary Direction. They Started Playing The London Punk Circuit Adopting Several Punk-Friendly Monikers. One Of Them Was Slush Under Which Name They Released A Punked Up Version Of 'White Christmas' Clearly Conceived As A Novelty Hit For Christmas 1978. Which It Would Not Be The Single Sold Dismally.
