Sparky Deathcap Is The Solo Project Of Robert Taylor A Singer Songwriter And Musician From Manchester England. Since 2009 Taylor Has Also Been A Member Of The Cardiff Wales-Based Indie Band Los Campesinos! Primarily Influenced By 90's Lo-Fi Bands Like Pavement Smog And The Microphones He Has Moved Around A Great Deal Stylistically And Often Performs Material Live That Vastly Differs From His Recorded Output. Galvanised By A 2007 Tour With His Idol Daniel Johnston Sparky Has Attempted To Unite Music And Drawing Wherever Possible Often Performing Songs With Accompanying Drawings On An Overhead Projector. He Also Runs A Cartoon And Comics Blog Called Tearjerky.Co.Uk Which Is Updated Almost Daily. There Are Reportedly A Number Of New Releases In The Pipeline Including An EP A Full-Length Album Book And An Animated Version Of His Rock Opera "Misty And Mouffette" A Story About Love Loss And Organ Transplants Which He Has Previously Performed Live.
