Artist Biography For Stomper 98

Stomper 98 Was Founded In January 1998. A Full Line-Up With Niko Vocals Holgi Saxophone Sebi Bass Michel Guitar Nudel Guitar And Shorty Drums Was Only Available In October 1998. The Until Then Recorded Pieces Have Been Musically Revised And Improved. At The End Of October 1998 6 Pieces Were Recorded In The Recording Studio 4 Of Which Were Released On The First EP Released In February 1999 On Blind Beggar Records. The First Concert Took Place On October 6 1998 In Göttingen Together With Les Partisans From France Here Without Pasta. But Already At The Next Gig In November 1998 With Oxymoron The Entire Line-Up Was On Stage. Since Then Other Gigs Have Followed Quite Regularly With Bands Such As Templars Gundog Troopers Daily Terror Verlorene Jungs 4 Promille Mob & Gesocks Etc .. In The Meantime New Songs Were Composed And So At The End Of July 1999 They Went Back To The Recording Studio To Do The Songs For The LP "Stomping Harmonists". This First Long Player Was Released In November 1999 By D.S.S. Records Austria . At The Same Time The Split EP Was Released Together With The TEMPLARS From New York “We Stick Together” Also On D.S.S. Records. In December 1999 Our Guitarist Michel Left The Band. So You Played For A Whole Year Without A Second Guitarist. In June 2000 The Recordings Followed Together With The Templars In The Recording Studio In Göttingen For “The I.S.P. Connection ". This 10 "was Again Published By D.S.S. Records For The Joint I.S.P. Christmas Tour In December 2000. Since January 2001 A Second Guitarist Was Found The Flacke. At The End Of March Our Singer Niko Left The Band At His Own Request. A New Singer Was Found In Guido. In December 2001 The Second Split EP Was Released Together With The DEVILSKINS From Switzerland / Italy On D.S.S. Records. The Songs On This Split EP Were Still Recordings With Our Old Singer Niko. From October 2001 To October 2002 The Songs Were Recorded For The Second Long Player In The Recording Studio. This LP / CD With The Title "Now Even More So!" Is In February 2003 As Always With D.S.S. Records Released. At The End Of February 2003 Shorty Drums Left The Band At Her Own Request. Since April 2003 Sascha From Riot Company Has Been Swinging The Sticks.
