There Are Two Bands With The Name Suarez 1 A 90s Lo-Fi Indie Rock/Pop Group From Argentina And 2 A Folk Revival Group From Belgium. 1 Argentinian Experimental Indie Pop Band Suárez Started Making Waves In The Buenos Aires Independent Music Scene In The Early '90s Making Their Recording Debut On The 92/93's 'Ruido' Compilations Among Other Young Independent Groups Like Resonantes And Los Brujos. Giving Their Unconventional Approach Towards Composition And Sonic Experimentation Their Full-Lenght Debut Hora De No Ver 1994 Was Released On Their Own Label 'Feliz Año Nuevo' A Self-Managed Platform Which Would Look Over The Release Of Their Whole Catalog. Along With The Record The DIY Music Video For The Track "Morirían" Managed To Gain Rotation On MTV Latino And Much Music. After Issuing 1995's Horrible The Band Went On Tour For The First Time Across Argentina And Chile. In 1996 Filmmakers Bill Nieto And Miguel Mitlaj Produced A Short Movie Called 'Cenando Con Suárez' Which Was Based On The Recording Sessions For Their Third Album Galope. The Promotional Tour For Galope Would Take Them To Spain Performing On Several Locations And Re-Editing Their Records For The Local Market. In 1999 The Group Released What Would Be Their Final Record Excursiones With The Song "Rio Paraná" As The Lead Single Along Its Promo Video Clip. Suárez Abruptly Broke Up In 2001 As They Were Beginning To Gain Traction In The Broader Argentine Music Scene. The Production Of The Documentary "Entre Dos Luces. Suárez. Primera Parte" Pieced Together From Footage From The Early Years Of The Group By Director Fernando M. Blanco Saw The Sudden Return Of Suárez Who Performed Live On The Premiere Of The Film During The Mar Del Plata International Film Festival On November 1st 2015. Since Then The Group Has Performed Sporadically And Have Hinted On The Release Of New Material. 2 Belgian Acoustic/pop Band Suarez Is A Four-Piece Act Composed Of Three Folk Musicians From Madagascar – Brothers Max And Pata Randriamanjava And Their Cousin Dada Ravalison Who Play Lead Guitar Bass And Drums – Along With Lead Singer And Rhythm Guitarist Marc Pinilla A Belgian From A Spanish Family . They All Met After The Trio From Madagascar Came To Mons France For A World Music Contecst Whch Their Band At The Time N'java Won.
