Artist Biography For The Black Blitz
The Formation Of The Band Originated From The Idea That If We Could Indulge All Of The Good Stuff From Our Favourite Hard-Pounding Rock'n'roll Heroes And Combine This With Our Own Special Sauce And Then Brew The Hell Out Of It We Should Pretty Much Be On Our Path Towards Fun And Glory. And So That's Exactly What We Did! In The Fall Of 2008 Jonas And Gustav Decided To Get Together And Proceeded To Jam On Some Favourite Tunes And At Some Point Along The Way A "sound" Emerged From The Rattling Fuzz-Boxes And Glowing Amplifiers. There Was Nothing To Say Just A Simple Nod Of Mutual Understanding. On The Next Set The Two Of Them Put A Couple Of Rock-Sizzling Ideas To The Test. And So... The Little Blitz-Egg Was Fertilized However It Would Take Just Over A Year Before The Actual Birth... When Camilla Joined The Band In December 2009 The Effect Was Immense. Not Only Did She Appear To Be The Coolest Cat On The Block But Moreover The Stick Splintering Funky Drummer The Boys So Desperately Needed For Total Hard Rock Execution. The Black Blitz Were Finally Born With A Smash Hit On A Seventeen Inch Sabian...
